A blend of bittersweet & bittersharp Herefordshire cider apples work their magic here- a fine balance of acidity, sweetness and tannins from one of the most revered producers in the land.

A distinctive cider, made only from the bittersweet single variety cider apple, Kingston Black, possibly the most famous variety in the land. Medium sweet, with light sparkle.

Multi award winning cheddar from Deepest Somerset, full of complex flavour and depth. Pairs beautifully with the Kingston Black.

A mighty fine drop from perry orchards widely considered to be the best in the Westcountry. Medium dry, full of flavour, a regular winner of the Gold prize at the CAMRA national championships.
